Services received in a caisse

If your dissatisfaction concerns a service received at the caisse, please contact the person or business sector that provided the service, or consult the available options at desjardins.com/comments.

If your dissatisfaction concerns the characteristics of CRCD shares or their distribution method, you have three options.

Not satisfied with the response received in Step 1, or haven’t received a response within 20 days?

The Complaint Handling Team will automatically take over your file, with no action required on your part. A conclusion will be provided within a maximum of 60 days from the start of Step 1.
